High efficiency filter
High-efficiency filters are primarily used to capture particulate dust and various suspended matter below 0.5 micrometers, serving as the final filtration stage in various filtration systems.
Structure and Materials: It utilizes ultra-fine glass fiber paper as the filter material, with materials such as adhesive board paper and aluminum foil folded to form the divider plate. It is sealed with a new type of polyurethane sealant and constructed with galvanized steel plates, stainless steel plates, and aluminum alloy profiles as the outer frame.
Types: According to structural forms, they can be divided into high-efficiency filters with partitions, high-efficiency filters without partitions, high-flow rate high-efficiency filters, ultra-high-efficiency filters, etc. In addition, there are special types such as ultra-high-efficiency filters, antibacterial high-efficiency air filters without partitions, and sub-high-efficiency filters.
Features: Each unit has undergone a flame-acceptance test and features high filtration efficiency, low resistance, and large dust holding capacity.
Working principle: Air purification is achieved through the interception and adsorption of particles in the air by filter materials. For example, the high-efficiency asymmetric fiber filter system uses asymmetric fiber bundle materials as filter materials, with a gradient density of filter bed porosity that is large at the top and small at the bottom. This makes the filter have fast filtration speed, large sewage interception capacity, and easy backwashing, effectively removing suspended organic matter and the like.
Application areas: Widely used in air conditioning terminal air supply points in dust-free purification workshops in industries such as optical electronics, LCD manufacturing, biomedicine, precision instruments, beverage and food, and PCB printing.
Installation precautions: Cleaning is required before installation. The system should be purged with clean air, and the purification workshop should be thoroughly cleaned. If a vacuum cleaner is used, it must be equipped with an ultra-clean filter bag. If installed inside a suspended ceiling, the interior of the ceiling should also be cleaned. After the system has been tested and operated for 12 hours, the purification workshop should be cleaned again before installation.
