Bag filter is a multi-purpose filtering equipment with novel structure, simple operation and strong adaptability. It can be used for liquid filtration and air filtration, and is widely used in many fields.

 

Liquid filtration application

Chemical industry: it can filter the particulate impurities in coatings, resins and solvents, and protect the reaction kettle or spraying equipment. At the same time, it can also be used to purify acid/alkali liquor, but it needs to be made of corrosion-resistant filter bag materials such as polypropylene or PTFE.

Food and beverage industry: it is often used for clarifying and filtering syrup, fruit juice and beer to remove suspended solids and microorganisms, and can also be used for intercepting impurities in edible oil refining.

Pharmaceutical industry: it can be used for terminal filtration of raw materials and water for injection to ensure sterility requirements, and can also be used for particle control before liquid medicine filling, which meets GMP standards.

Electronic industry: It plays a role in ultra-pure water preparation and electroplating solution filtration, which can prevent tiny particles from affecting the quality of circuit boards.

Environmental protection and water treatment industry: it can intercept particles in circulating cooling water and protect pipelines and heat exchangers. It can also be used for fine filtration at the back end of sewage treatment to ensure that the discharged water quality reaches the standard, and can also be used as seawater desalination pretreatment to reduce the pollution of subsequent membrane systems.

Other fields: it can be used to purify lubricating oil and remove metal chips and colloid in engine oil and hydraulic oil. In the production of cosmetics, particle filtration can be carried out on emulsion and essence to improve the stability of products.

 

Air filtration application

Pharmaceutical industry: it can effectively filter dust particles, microorganisms and other pollutants in the air, ensure that the pharmaceutical production environment meets GMP standards, and ensure the quality and safety of drugs.

Automobile manufacturing: It is widely used in ventilation and air conditioning systems in automobile painting workshops, assembly workshops and other areas to provide a clean air environment for automobile production and prevent particulate matter from affecting the processing and assembly of automobile parts.

Food manufacturing industry: it can be used for air filtration in food processing workshops, packaging workshops and other places to meet the strict requirements of food manufacturing for hygienic environment and ensure food safety.

Bag filters are widely used in environmental protection and water treatment industries. The following are some specific cases:

Treatment of fluorine-containing wastewater in an electronic industry enterprise: An electronic enterprise will produce a large amount of fluorine-containing wastewater in the production process of pre-cleaning, corrosion and etching, and the wastewater discharge is about 686,000 tons/year, which has the characteristics of large discharge, high concentration and strong toxicity. The enterprise adopts the process of "activated carbon adsorption tower+bag filter+three-stage resin column+terminal filter box" to treat some fluorine-containing wastewater and reuse it. The regenerated wastewater and the rest fluorine-containing wastewater are discharged after two-stage chemical precipitation process. Bag filter can reduce the influence of suspended solids, organic pollutants and colloids on subsequent equipment, and the treated wastewater can meet the relevant discharge standards. The recycling system can reuse about 360,000 tons/year of water in ultra-pure water production system, realizing the recycling of water resources.

Landfill leachate treatment: In a landfill leachate treatment project, the raw water is deslagging by a hydraulic screen grid machine, and then enters the regulating tank. The effluent from the regulating tank is lifted by an anaerobic water inlet pump, and then filtered by a bag filter to remove large suspended solids, and then enters the anaerobic treatment unit. Bag filter can effectively intercept impurities, ensure the normal operation of subsequent treatment units, prevent anaerobic treatment equipment from blocking, and help to improve the stability and treatment efficiency of the whole landfill leachate treatment system.

Treatment of sintering tail gas of blast furnace: In the treatment of sintering tail gas of blast furnace, an iron and steel enterprise adopts electrostatic precipitator and washing system (lime milk and lignite coke powder are injected to remove sulfur dioxide, dioxin and furan), and uses bag filter to separate solid residue from purified gas. The bag filter can further remove the particulate matter in the tail gas, so that the discharged gas can meet the environmental protection standard. At the same time, some unreacted substances are attached to the filter bag to react with acid gas, which improves the deacidification efficiency and the utilization rate of lime slurry.

Treatment of sintering waste gas in iron and steel industry: A steel enterprise applied bag filter in the process of sintering waste gas treatment. Sintering waste gas contains pollutants such as soot and sulfur dioxide. Bag filter can be used as dust removal equipment to effectively remove particles in waste gas, and cooperate with electrostatic precipitator and washing system (injecting lime milk to remove sulfur dioxide, etc.) to make waste gas meet national emission standards and reduce air pollution.

Industrial circulating water treatment: the production wastewater from a factory is treated by "bag filter+regulating tank+basket filter+ultrafiltration+reverse osmosis+disc tube reverse osmosis" and then reused as supplementary water for circulating cooling tower. Bag filter, as pretreatment equipment, can remove large particles of suspended solids and colloids in water, reduce the turbidity of raw water, protect subsequent ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis and other membrane equipment, prevent membrane pollution, prolong the service life of membranes, realize the recycling of water resources and save industrial water.
